Product Guarantee
We guarantee the products you receive from Pet Friendly Shop, LLC are genuine US FDA/EPA approved products and are the same as those sold by your local veterinarian.
The products you receive from us are identical to the products sold by trusted veterinarians with respect to the manufacturer, strength and packaging. Expiration dates are equal or better due to the very short time products spend on our shelves. We receive new stock weekly on most of our products.
Shipping
 Shipping is provided at a flat fee per-order level as listed below. Orders under $25 ship for a low flate rate of $3.95. Regular ground shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Priority 2-3 day shipping is also available. Orders placed by (1:00 PM MST) will ship the same day. Any order placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. Accepted Payments
Payment may be made by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to Pet Friendly Shop. Return Policy
We offer a 7 day return policy. If you decide you would like to return an item it must be mailed within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns on all unopened merchandise. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless an error was made on our end. If you would like to return an item please contact us for a RA Number before mailing. Customer Service
